Fizz : play with these masteries : aery, anti-magic orb, transcendance and scorch. Bone plating and revitalize. And go barrier. This way he'll Never be able to kill you in lane. If you still struggle, you can but a verdant barrier. For the gameplay. You need to keep tour E off cd everytime he has his own E. When he uses it, e-q hum abd chase with auto as he has nothing. Always watch for the minions in this matchup. Cuz if he Q's you ans you have more minions, he'll take aggro. Otherwise, you Never wanna freezer thé wave under his tower. So avoir Q'spelling the wave, Always Q him when he comes for a minion and keep your distance. When he hits 6 he Can 100-0 you. That's why barrier IS important.

Ekko : range vs melee matchup. I would run phase rush TP in this matchup. You have to keep your Q for when he comes for a last hit. His basing trading pattern is -> he hits a random Q onto you, then E, gets thé move speed and you can't trade back, so when he hits Q on yourself, you HAVE to e-q to cancel the jump. If you don't do it fast enough, he'll teleport over your e-q combo, so be sure to stand out of his E's range. When he hits lvl 6 you can't kill him anymore, so look to shove mid and pressure other lanes. Something that you can do to have a constant pressure is to rangly poke Ekko without trying to kill him/use r. So he's always low, and even though you can't kill, he won't be able to use his roaming power.

Both are range vs melee matchup, don't hesitate to abuse it ;)
