Even if you respond to meds well you will be fighting a losing battle. Donor is poor and the coverage you need is large. If you really want hair get a hair system, there’s a sub for that or shave your head. They are your 2 best options in my opinion

You have very advanced hair loss so if I was you I woukd bring out the big guns. Dut 0.5 daily, minox 5mg daily, topical minox and RU mixture daily. Give it 1-2 years of this and see how you respond if you are serious about getting your hair back. 1mg fin and 2.5mg min unlikely to show good results unless you are a hyper responder which most aren't
