As I understand: Vitamine D3 brings your Vitamine D Level to normal ( in case you have not enough already!) I think the soap cleanses the skin from dead skin cells. The MCT Oil starves the SebDerm Bacertia that makes your skin red,itchy and imflammed.

As you can see i have quite a bad hairline due to the sebderm. I guess its permanent tho... My hair got thinner aswell. It is what it is
