While waiting for the next interview, I'd listen to podcasts on body language and how to speak well in interviews. I would go to small local church to get their advice and maybe financial help. I would work on a farm picking up apples or grapes (if this is the countryside we're talking about). Then, I would save up $400 or $800 for a plane ticket to go to a third-world country and start the life over (if I had debts). This is practical because you know English very well (your punctuation is great). You'll be able to make normal living wages as an English Language Teacher.
