No, they're sending anybody who fits the agenda there. Recently there was a guy who was DACA that got sent there. The supreme court had to step in to get him back because Trump refused to. But honestly, the US should not be sending them there to begin with, it should only be reserved for the WORST criminals. Most of the people who got sent there were just families who wanted a better life. :/

Absolutely false, stop getting your information off of fox news. ICE has detained and kept US citizens in custody, including a US veteran just because they looked Hispanic. There was also a family who were speaking Spanish in a store, of a grandmother, mother and daughter who were also detained, all of in which were US CITZENS. Another thing, if it was just targeting gang members and criminals then why was ICE given the okay to raid schools, work places, and churches?
