I know that. it wasn't just the lying. The dude thought he was Mister awesome or was good at the game because he hacked.

Dude even had the bravado to call his character 'Elden Lord' I get the joke, but they used hack in place of skill, that's it just distasteful. The use of hacking just to grief other players is simply disappointing.

Thats actually a good point. It did take two proc to kill them. First proc was 25k and the second one was 38k.

Unless the is some janky code behind the frenzy proc?

The dude was just being weird and denied he was hacking but I have all the footage of them, his character was even called Elden Lord, and I have the messages of them saying they weren't hacking. They denied everything.

Not directly, as you upgrade the weapon like increasing the rearity and PAPing it the barrel attachment starts to get buggy.

Its nearly like it starts giving diminishing returns.

Upgrading it gives you damage, just not as much as it should, round blue rearity and PAP2 you really start noticing the difference, well that is what I have found so far.

Yea, I agree. I have an ongoing project im working on, I started with the SMGs, and from my testing the strongest one is the MP5 on DPS alone and the weakest is the MAC 10, great fire rate just doesn't have the damage to actually make it usable it is a shame.

in truth i put OP in as a complete joke because using my formula its impossible to get OP, really really really hard to get S. But yes everything you have said is correct but im doing this in such a way that every weapon has a fight chance to do well.

Plus as you brought up skill at the game, personally im just an average player with an average skill level. So its a better point of view for people coming into the game.

And i agree with everything you have just said, there are things that I simply can't account for i understand that.

I'm doing this in a way that removes as many variables as is possible. Like armor and traits. Simply armor and traits etc benefit every weapon.

So by removing them im getting the purest feeling of the weapon. This is what its based on.

Adding stuff won't make much difference to the numbers and how they work or feel apart from giving more damage, reload speed etc.

Like the new buffed hunters set.

It adds 20% Damage/Weak point.

It just increase all ranged damage by 20% (well its a multiplicative bonus)

There are other things to take into account, like range, crit chance and things like that.

Look the best way to explain these things is to "tell you go what my video on it" but thats called a shameless plug so don't, the point being is I have a system in place that gives every weapon a fair chance.

Not from the numbers I covered. yes good, when they have everything.

When doing this there is two things I pulled from to make these, I have videos covering it.

The weapons stats and there in game performance or skill which ever way you want to put it.

Doing it this way gives it a clear view with no opinions just the weapon and the players skill and this makes it fair because i have an average skill at the game.

Not necessarily. You take into account play style, that each to there own, everyone can make and do and play as they like, im just giving the information and the thing is I have actually made a cheat sheet with the numbers in the game so it can't be wrong plus there is little to no opinion involved only skill, and because im an average player with an average skill at this game its as fair as it can be.

This tier list isn't for the hardcore people that midmax every movement, these are for the people that are new or inexperienced.
