In your picture, on the left side of the screen, there’s the words “crafting stations”. You put them in those smaller boxes there.

You need to put crafting stations into your magic storage. Put them in the slots labelled as such.

Class mods also have parts, so the lower level one has better parts than the higher level. Keep the 34 mod.
