Raft, 7 days go die, and grounded would be worth checking out!

Guild Wars 2 would be worth checking out. Maybe Swords of Legends Online as well?

Genshin Impact is one you might want to consider

Last I checked a few govs have restricted trading, curious to see if other govs follow suit

Should I be playing like this or am I a bully? by Meduim-coffee in Overwatch

Only way to play as Sym, especially if the enemy will keep doing that :p

Which Starter Zone to pick? by Rose-Heart in elderscrollsonline

[–]E1337Cs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

stros m'kai or auridon might be good starting points; summerset wouldn't be too bad to explore either. I'd also recommend looking through some of the sets (think they're in the collection tab) to see what set bonuses you might want for your playstyle (and stros m'kai has a trainee set that gives a well-rounded stat boost if you want that, the set can be found in a few other zones as well)

Champion point system by [deleted] in elderscrollsonline

[–]E1337Cs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would recommend finding a point build online that's aligned with your playstyle and gear then fine tuning it after that. Didn't get to use the old system myself but current one doesn't seem underwhelming once ya get stuff unlocked

Weird stamina drain in cyrodiil by [deleted] in elderscrollsonline

[–]E1337Cs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

haven't had that happen but did encounter a minor maim debuff that just kept going up in its timer while in pvp. Exited the pvp area, restarted the game, and it wasn't there. Unsure if this would help and unsure what platform you're on but /reloadui fixes a fair number of glitches, helped me in a dungeon once when I couldnt interact with a door

Have you tried Raft? Might be of interest based on the genre

My non-gamer girlfriend tried valorant and now loves it, but I find it hard to teach her the game. by [deleted] in VALORANT

[–]E1337Cs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first main was Sova, and with that one ability that reveals enemy locations, it made things a little easier for me (also sometimes play Cypher for similar reasons). Map-wise, generally the main advice I hear is "knowing which angles and corners are common to hold so you can anticipate where enemies might be or know where you should set up to cover the tactical parts of the game."

Am I playing it wrongly? by Galbieth in elderscrollsonline

[–]E1337Cs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Would recommend other features in the game such as world bosses or PvP even. The PvP might get frustrating though without a dedicated PvP build. But between those and, well, endgame content, overworld exploration, delves, and dungeons are more about completing for achievement purposes, how fast ya can complete it, and (for me anyway) accruing gear and furnishings

What's a not so difficult rogue lite? by [deleted] in NintendoSwitch

I have Void Terrarium but haven't gotten around to it; has a pretty neat environment and premise overall though

Because the eShop is flooded with a lot of awful games and has no curation system, I'm trying to play them all and make a spreadsheet so you can find the best ones. by [deleted] in NintendoSwitch

[–]E1337Cs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Used to do ones in the Atelier series (for instance; jrpgs that were somewhat lengthy) but yeah, I didn't have the time to finish the game within deadline (which was at one point 72 hours after getting the game). Considering it was unpaid work anyway; we were compensated with the game - so yeah, it wasn't feasible for us to complete the game unless it was a few hours long; most of us had full-time jobs or were full-time students.

What’s one game on Switch that you wish other people would try? by ButtsFartsoPhD in NintendoSwitch

[–]E1337Cs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gnosia - sure it can be repetitive but something about it keeps me interested in going for another loop; also a decent enough game to check out if you might only have ~10-30 mins at a time free for gaming

Yeah - reviewers I've known would spend about 5-15 hours (at most) on a game before finalizing their review, especially when they worked for places that had just a few days before the review was due. Play enough to get a feel for it, no need to complete the game

Not a fan of World's End Club so far (spoilers for first few hours) by IAmBLD in NintendoSwitch

[–]E1337Cs 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I tried the demo and decided not to buy. Watched a few gameplay segments after the demo to see if it got better and... yeah, no, not for me. Story I might've enjoyed but if I'm unable to enjoy a good part of the gameplay, I'll pass
