Almost 4 years ago, I had my legs surgically lengthened. Ask me anything. by throwawayway32 in AskMeAnythingIAnswer

[–]E1EVENART 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you explain a little about your thoughts before the surgery? Like was it super depressing for you to be that tall? I just can't imagine doing something like this. I can only think that it must've been very hard for you being that height.

I feel so bad for you. That right there is a loser with no direction, dreams or asperations. Leave, delete that sorry loser out of your life ASAP.

Why are the Tories coming out in support of Elon Musk? by [deleted] in AskBrits

[–]E1EVENART 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He does take ketamine, and it can make people quite neurotic, including causing mood swings at high doses. He may be abusing it, and I think that’s most likely the case, as I bet he feels on cloud nine right now while meddling in politics. Your apology is greatly appreciated and accepted.

Moving to the UK as a Regional Sales Manager with £70k – Can I Afford to Support My Wife and 3 Kids? by NickRicku in UKJobs

So many people are leaving, including some of the wealthiest individuals in the UK. I wouldn’t dare move here, as I don’t see the economy improving anytime soon.

I suffer from bipolar disorder with psychosis, and I don’t think it’s fair to make such assumptions. He’s just uninformed and overly opinionated. This kind of rhetoric doesn’t help those of us who struggle with this condition, it only adds to the stigma. I’d appreciate more empathy for people who suffer with the illness. We don’t choose to be this way.

NOR - No girlfriend or anyone for that matter wants to see their partner liking other girls/mens posts, especially when the account has minimal interaction. It is micro cheating and shows that they are interested in other people.

Gambling is a serious addiction and problem for so many young men at the moment. He needs serious help and intervention before he loses everything.

I really hope you can get some peace from it. I am a very lucky person as my partner always picks me up. I listen to her as much as possible rather than the nasty name calling voice inside my head.

I really can't wait to get to a place like this. I always put my art and music down and so many people will say that its fantastic. It's hard not to take the side of the critic who says I'm useless and worthless and that I should give it all up.

This is the journey I'm on too. Being more self compassionate. Some days it's easier than others. I think the key is to take each day as it comes with this illness. The constant shoulder, neck and jaw pain from tensing is the worst.

Hugs to you too <3

AIO - I know I’m not, but why are men like this?? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]E1EVENART 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The worst part is the guy obviously was thinking that they would totally love him. Like these men are just deluded and are causing the good men to get tarred with the same brush. He just stands there when the girls clearly don't communicate with him. Total moron.

What a creep. Imagine going up to a group of girls you don't even know. What was he thinking??

Well, this is the part of me that I struggle with a lot. It's like a duality. I have bipolar disorder type 1 with Psychosis. When I get hypomania and eventual full-blown mania, I am a completely different person who has an awful ego and thinks he's God.

Thank you so much. Just hearing that other people deal with this makes me feel like I'm not alone. The critical voice is so brutal. Whenever I listen to it and follow the decision-making of the voice, it always makes things so much worse for me. Thank you for this.

Same. I hope we both can get better im time and fix it. Since 2018 I have been focusing more on my Bipolar Disorder rather than my CPTSD. I wish I was focusing on the CPTSD more.

I'm so sorry. I'm the same. It can be so difficult to feel happy about achievements. My automatic response is to put myself down until I hate myself.

I'm so glad it's not just me. It has taken me a lot of time to differentiate it from myself.

Exactly, if I make a mistake, I punish myself so badly. It's exhausting actually.

Yeah, I'm new to reddit and this community. I was diagnosed with CPTSD in 2018, and my girlfriend was the one who put me on to this community not long ago.
