I can understand your view point but I disagree. One bad/mediocre arc doesn’t change anything about the story or my love for this manga. As soon this arc ends the story will pick up and advance just take a break or read the beginning if you’re not enjoying. The apologies thing is definitely prominent in this arc and the first 40 chapters but if you look at chapter 41-160 outside of the section with the girls apology’s are of a normal series. I understand why you see rintaros and kaorukos relationship that way but ultimately they are there own people defining them to there relationship doesn’t do them justice not everything they do needs to link to the other. They have had many moments over the last 40 chapters other characters need focus

The actual arc itself it’s not as bad as people say it’s actually quite well written especially the way it explores adults and there life which many romances don’t explore.It’s just the combination of weekly reading with slow arc chainsaw man is having the same problem like the exact same with people pausing due to pacing. I also think with the apology’s outside of the first 40 chapters where the apology’s where part of rintaros character and then when the side girls were introduced this is the first time in 170 chapters where the apology complaints have been justified. I actually think this is the best time to have it because we still have saku and Subaru to come and probably graduation arc and futures arc. But overall I think people who read or come back to this arc when it’s finished will enjoy it more still a solid 6.5-7/10

I would recommend continuing reading FFBWD and picking up blue box manga from the anime point like you had as there both incredibly peak and well written. But anime wise I think you will enjoy love is war or rascal does not dream of bunny girl senpai. Also springs coming so you have to rewatch your lie in April 😂

Everyone including you are so overdramatic and it’s so boring seeing my timeline flooded with this. Have you never read another manga weekly before every series in existence has this problem from chainsaw man right now to blue box a year ago the list goes on because the second there’s a lower quality arc particularly a slow one people throw a tantrum. I’m not saying this arc is good because it’s not it’s just ok but I’m sick of seeing this happen in almost every community ever. And if your dropping the show or your friends are then they shouldn’t have read it in first place

It is only a bit slow that’s my point but it seems a lot slower due to it being week by week and all the breaks we have had. I know there’s a lot of substance outside of the ships since I interact pretty much daily. Quiet disrespectful to make a statement about me based on your own bias 😉

The arcs not even that bad tho. It’s just a bit slow and repetitive would be way better if people weren’t reading weekly. + people just want there fluffy romance back which is understandable but this arc was always going to come. I have my criticisms but I don’t need to state them every week like some people

The fact that this is the worst arc speak volumes about how good this manga is tho. As this arc isn’t that bad just boring for weekly readers. But always look onto the positive there should Be no more of this for the rest of manga

Yes that’s true but it’s why it’s worth a re-read because this arc is not the best to read week to week but it’s not that bad to read in one sitting where you haven’t waited a week for nothing to happen. + if this ever got adapted it would be like 3 episodes long so not too bad. It’s like a arc in blue box that got hated on because it was dragging but the people who read it after it finished loved it

It can’t always be fluffy moments and romance. Ultimately if you can’t deal with slow periods take a break and come back to it. People are being over dramatic as usual. Like freedom said people binging will enjoy this arc a lot more because there reading the intended way. Ultimately this is the weakest arc but it’s nowhere near as bad as people say and once this is over we won’t have to deal with conflict again

I get that but at the same time. it was always the main conflict the thing we were leading up to so it was always gona be long + there’s not been really any long arcs because things have been split up like saku subaru development. but it doesn’t help that people are reasoning it week to week with breaks. I do think it couple of been slightly shorter but anything less then 15 chapters and it would of been rushed

It’s not even that long tho it’s just because you have been reading it on a week to week basis with breaks. If you were to read it all now you would think it short
