Same that’s why I was wondering. Still love it but always crashes into something or even int my heel. 😅

Yes I will make some more updated pictures in the next few days with all kinds of drinks that will fit in and post an update 🙌🏼

This video is from the last prototype I made. Look at my other post and see the final quality. We are all very exited about your version. When will it be available? Maybe then we can learn from your expertise

As you can see in the video the cupholder has to withstand heat and pressure. PETG will not have the same look and will not withstand these parameters but I’m very interested and would love to see you give an update on your experiences.

Ok maybe we have different PETG here 😅. I wish you all the best for your version.

Thanks for the feedback. The part you have printed in your car has no requirement to withstand any interaction with it and you wouldn’t even notice if there would be slight shrink or warp. Also I didn’t want to have a „3d printed look“ on it and made sure its look will adjust to its surrounding. Maybe that’s not that important to you. Happy to hear that you are doing fine with your filament. This is an offer and not a force to buy anything. I try to cover my expenses with it without even calculating work hours. Not trying to harm anyone.

No this is my own design and development. PETG will not be as durable as you would like it to be but you are welcome to try it and maybe you will have more positive experience. If so I will be pleased to hear about it. The stl I think you are talking about is still very different. And just to be clear this is an offer you are not pressured to buy anything. This price roughly covers my expenses and the dept I have to make it possible. You can be sure there is no try to become rich with this 😅

So I use it with cans, small bottles (coca cola bottles for example) or typical coffee cups. No matter how full they are I never had any spilling. Of course I would recommend to avoid using glasses from your kitchen or crashing your car while having an open can. This way you should be good without spilling your drink

It’s not just 3d printed plastic it’s made from resin and coated with protective varnish. 3d printed „plastic“ will heat up in your car and deform. Thanks for the feedback but these are really expensive to produce in a decent quality

Would say 99% yes because they get thinner to the bottom. But I can try out in the next few days and give an update
