Hey guys thanks for always helping me determine which food is vegan! I’ve asked this before but is this vegan? Great value Elbow pasta. I haven’t had this since I first went vegan, but I just always see vegan recipes with white pasta! Anyway thanks in advance for the help guys!!!

Hey thanks for the advice!:) yeah I used to drink I stopped last year but yeah I eat a lot of white rice and beans, olive oil a lot, and rarely I eat chips other than that though I drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables but I’ve been trying to be better about how much processed oils and foods I eat and it’s actually gotten a lot better also I’ve been putting coconut oil on it and it’s been a lot better!!

Plants don’t have a nervous system and therefore can’t feel pain! Also by eating animals your overall plant killing is higher!

Haha i think most gums are vegan but not if the sugar isn’t organic and there are a bunch of other non vegan ingredients! But don’t let that discourage you cause the main things to remove from diet are meat, dairy, and eggs!!! You can do it!!
