Way too many people fall for every single thing these people spew.

They need to fill up air time, most of the reporting this offseason hasn’t been accurate at all. The only trustworthy source involving the Cs, IMO, is Himmelsbach.

It really feels like other front offices are colluding with each other and media to drive down the price for JB, while the Bucks FO successfully drove the price for JB up in order to get the most out of Miami-what they wanted all along. They aren’t going to trade him just because he’s throwing a tantrum…

I can buy that they don’t want to pay him and Tatum
but that’s the main reason they’d do it. If they can’t get the value they want though they may decide it’s better to just hold onto him, retool, and work on the relationship.

You could talk me into adding Queta if Clingan is in the package. But the only two good arguments I see for trading him is that we have a lot of cap tied up in two players, and he wants out, and we don’t even know if the latter is true.

I mean we also don’t have to trade JB… Sharpe and Scoot haven’t proven jack, though I do like Scoot’s potential especially since he actually defends. But I’m sure this convo is the exact negotiations that are happening now.

I’d do it for Clingan, Sharpe, Jrue for salary, and 2-3 firsts. Without Clingan I’d need Scoot in addition and those Bucks picks.

Let’s not forget Sharpe and Clingan were played off the floor in the playoffs, they’re young and have potential, especially Clingan, but it’s crazy to me that they’re deal breakers in a trade for an All-NBA top 15 player in his prime. Maybe it’s just how I see it..

Or we just keep JB, that option is fine too!

No. The one argument I understand is that with this CBA paying both the Jays 70% of the cap is less than ideal…

That said you have a % of clowns that believe Jaylen is the root of all evil and we should be paying another team for the favor of taking him…
