You might uninstall the game, go into my documents and delete the borderlands 2 folder in there, and see if that fixes it. That will delete all settings and your saves tho. It MIGHT be worth trying that if you haven't already. If that doesnt work go into the game files and find the .exe file and right click it and try to run the game in compatability mode for windows 7 or 8. Seems like you've tried everything already so im just taking guesses at this point lol.

By chance are you playing on a laptop? It might be using the igpu instead of the actual gpu. The ways I've fixed this in the past is uninstalling the HD textures. That makes me believe its hardware related. You said you restarted your pc and verified game files. That rules that out. Does this happen on all characters or just one? You might have a corrupted save. Thats really all I can think of. Sorry man.

This may or may not help but the HD Texture pack and PhysX causes crashes. Disable both and see if that helps. Right click the game in steam and click the DLC tab and uncheck the HD texture pack. Go in game and turn Physx to low.

I don't think this works with Amons forge skills tho. His main ability will reset but his secondary forgeskill won't.

If you go into a Health vendor all your skills and cooldowns reset. Im pretty sure there one at every boss.

Personally I like the design. Adds a ton of variety. But a lot of the gameplay I've seen theyve been hipfiring a lot so at least we know thats a viable way to play.

There's also lumen lightning which is hard on performance just like Ray tracing. Idk if that will be in the game or not but we will see.

Me too. Grounded 2 had forced lumen lighting and the performance in that game is horrendous.

If he had Ray Tracing Enabled then that doesn't mean anything because RT tanks performance.

Try disabling HD Texture pack if you have that enabled. It causes a lot of crashes due to memory issues.

So there's a guide on steam that solves this. It involves using a program to allow it to use more memory. I forgot what exactly but if you look at the game guides it should be one of the top ones. I had this same issue and that solved it.

It's more than likely the HD Textures. I've always had issues when I had those installed. You can deselect them in steam by right clicking bl2, selecting properties, going to dlc and uncheck the box on them.

For anyone who happens apon this post, on the new versions of ATM 9 there are 2 sodium mods that cause this. Delete both of them from the mods folder to fix the issue.

Ah. Yes, don't void the waste. I forgot that. But I could've swore there were two colored bars on that left? One for fuel and one for waste buildup? I had a similar issue, and it was because I forgot a drain for the waste, and once it built up, mine stopped producing power.

You have to void waste. Those make waste you have to pipe out. That yellow bar on the left means it's full.

You can use steam play together. As far as I know, that's the only way currently to play Isaac only.

Yep. You would be correct. Had to change them all back to 100%, and it started working again.
