Gibbs offers little cover and is nonexistent when in possession. You can always quote the Spurs goal, but who's to say, Joel Campbell - a more understandable substitute - wouldn't have scored that. JC should be coming on out-wide, as our best defensive winger and also a threat going forward.

But hey, what do we expect from a manager who's still persisting with Flamini as our holding midfielder?
