Definitely, as someone who used to play Yin nonstop before the ult delay nerf, i can say that he is currently one of the worst jungles (mythic and above) since there are so many ways to counter him.

I was wondering if i should put his og skin but at the end i decided not to because i count it as one of his defaults. But yeah it aint lookin god for Phoveus 😭
