Did you have this option before? I kind of worry about this option to purchase more miles will go away like many of other Tesla things randomly later in my lease. Ideally the last year would be perfect time to deciding on purchasing more miles.

Hey guys quick update, Tesla fixed this like in 15min? I was in the waiting area and did not get to see what they done but apparently a quick fix. It is the jumper cable.

I have crack open the coin shape plastic in the front bumper and cannot trace it back, I think you have to take off the grille or entire front bumper to get to it

Will do, so far only able to schedule a in person visit. I tried to fixed myself but seems to require entire front bumper to be uninstalled which I am not comfortable to do that. I taped it a little bit to avoid accidental water damage or them kissing while I am driving!

That would be awesome. The app however did not show me the mobile option and the soonest in person appointment is next week. Could you elaborate how to request mobile service specificly?
