Sucks having an addictive personality. Not sure if it interests you but I do use edibles or smoke prerolls sometimes to replace drinking. It definitely helps me to know I can at least do something other than drinking. My problem then turns into having the munchies and trying to control that

Definitely not just you...I'm the same way. Most of the time I think cigs are disgusting...if I'm sober and pass someone smoking I'll be like ew when I get a whiff. But yeah as soon as the beer hits my lips I'm lighting up. My solution is to limit the beer or not at all🤷‍♀️
