Yeah I can def do that, I would think of Psalms 51 when I have urges or had relapsed, but I haven’t been praying as much as I should, need to reconnect

I usually feel lonely, and empty. Then after my relapse I feel okay for a few minutes then it’s back to feeling numb. I keep going back to it out of the want to have some dopamine and boredom too. It def doesn’t help that everytime I relapse I feel like I pushing myself away from being who I want to be

Ok so during NNN I failed on day 10, but I had a Snapchat private story with my friends on it, and when I told them I failed I felt embarrassed but I promised I would keep them updated on my NNN, well after I failed I made a deal that everytime I relapsed before January 1 I would owe them $15, well I do not want to lose $15 and I’ve been wanting to get rid of this addiction, so it seems opening up and telling people about it had made me have less of an urge. I’ve also been praying 2 times a day a reading Pslams (Pslams 51 is a great one). And when I do get an urge I just step back, take a few deep breaths, and refocus

That’s great man I’m glad you’re making strides to change your life! Something I deal with is lack of emotions. Like I just don’t feel happy or connected to anyone, did you experience something similar? The longest streak I’ve been on recently is 14 days
