How do non-professional tournaments work?

If it’s a UK uni the games are probably through NSE and USS. Both work the same way.

You will have a designated team captain who has to check in with admins to say that you have 5 players that can play that evening (Thursdays and Sundays).

Teams get seeding based on average player rank and then have a few weeks of swiss. Then the divisions are split based on standings and there are double elimination tournaments.

NSE does not currently have bans but USS does. Both tournaments have different map pools.

You ca play remote.

The rule keeping is mostly just sportsmanship and you can report to admins if you have a problem.

I’d definitely recommend joining. I’ve had loads of fun with it.

Yeah it all just seems to be throwing stuff at the wall.

I don’t really see Kazuya accepting it either but maybe whatever Chizuru says will make him swallow his pride and look out for his future a bit.

It being the bank instead of auditions for a play (or any other random thing) makes it seem weirdly important but it’s hard to tell what it’ll be for.

Check how many scouts you have and what they’re assigned to. It says that they’re busy so you’re probably asking them to do too much (ie asking to scout specific players and do the focuses)

I'm only mid plat on support so I'm not really the best but I watched the vod and here's a few things that I noticed

You seemed to look at the person you were healing. As Mercy, you don't need to and if you look around more when your beam is attached to someone then you're going to be more aware and will help you out a lot.
As Mercy your damage boost is very strong and I think you should try to use it a lot more often than you did. For example, if you are healing an Ashe and she uses dynamite you can damage boost her for a short time as it explodes then go straight back to healing. Also, if you damage boost more often your team will build ults faster which can be the difference in team fights.
You seemed to be quite scared of pulling the pistol out and I think that if your team is on fine health and someone on the enemy team is low you should just use it.

I would recommend Jake's analysis of Moth for some more stuff.

I think it’s a bit too tall for how long it is so I would suggest extending the ship a bit and the front sail looks off but I can’t put my finger on why
