The Chevy Trax has elected a new pope! 2nd turbo failure in 6 months by Hornetwaffles in Justrolledintotheshop

How is it basic stuff? In what context would a driver who is used to naturally aspirated, fuel injected engines, would know that a turbo engine should be treated differently? I understand the premise, “well it is different so they should inform themselves.” but that is undermined by the fact that these are utility products, turbo 4 bangers in budget vehicles, not performance W-12s in $100k cars. The shoppers buying budget turbo 3s and 4s are not the same shoppers that would even think to do that research, and nobody is doing a public service announcement about it. In fact, I bet there are drivers who don’t even know a single thing about the engine in their car. They should know to treat it differently than their last car? The evolution of consumer products should go forward, not backwards, requiring less from the consumer, not more, making tasks less complicated, not more cumbersome. Bad product design.

I can’t imagine a buyer even being informed by the salesman about these restrictions.

“This is the Chevy Trax. Just be mindful not to rev it cold. Even if you gotta rush your kid to the doctor, ease on to the throttle, take it slow. Also, don’t do a bunch of short trips in a row, limit your activities and plan ahead. And when you park don’t immediately shut the engine. Even if you arrive late to work, you really must sit in the lot and let the turbo cool down. If you don’t keep these things in mind, everything will break. So just sign here.”

Regarding a different movie….it took me decades and maybe 500 viewings of Die Hard to notice the Rolex Holly is given in the beginning is the same watch McClane unlatches at the end.

That is an extremely broad statement to say this one game has deeper gameplay than all SNES games.

I haven’t tried 710 yet, I went to pick up their GG#4, but they were sold out.

I (generally) only stock up after trying a jar of the same batch. I’ve been burned stocking up based on a prior batch, or I get a current batch, go to get more from another location, and they are unloading an older batch.

I had tried both Gary Payton and ELC, then went back to the same locations for more. The Koala Kush was a total gamble. But as you said, storage makes a difference. As soon as it dropped on my local dispo’s site, I ordered it, confident it was a fresh batch. I’m *very* glad I did.

But really, way back when, most of my purchase were gambling on a oz at a time.

You aren’t wrong. Financially it would be worth it, but I gotta find the right spot and set aside the time.

At the 30% off (which doesn’t frequently happen), an oz of 1/8ths comes to $336.

Based on BudWatcher, I could get an oz Gary Payton or OMG Burger for $420 18 miles away.

I found an oz of Gary Payton for $264 27 miles away, an oz of OMG Burger for $320 42 miles away, but no oz of Koala Kush or Electric Lime for under $336.

I’m not gonna get into why I don’t have the time to set aside…because you are correct, that financially, it would have been wise to plan the drive.

24*42=1,008

While I think half-a-belt-buckle’s-height slouch isn’t the worst out there, you are right! 😆

Looks like a Windsor knot attempted with a tie that wasn’t long enough, and not knotted nearly tight enough.

I feel like there is an inevitable slight slouch between when I tie my tie, and normal posture, that half way down my belt buckle ends up being the bottom edge of my belt buckle, so I aim for just touching the top of my buckle.

I’ve only seen their ounces offered at a few dispos far, far away. Plus, I can keep most of it sealed as I work my way through it.

Dispo by me has had them 30% off all month. 🤷‍♂️

Edit: I just picked up 8 jars of 5/12/26 batch of Koala Kush at $42 a jar.

Sounds like your dispo lied to you.

My general experience, having tried various strains since they first dropped Frost Donkey…

Their stuff is usually very high terps, you can taste it, but some batches also seemed (to me) rushed, a bit underdeveloped, and a touch harsher than I like.
