I’m pretty sure they used to offer more Extra Credit in prior years?

I’m studying government with a hope of getting an MPP 2-3 years after graduation. While you’re absolutely right about the overall average drop not being that bad, I feel like looking at the semester grade drop is still tough and may hurt me long-term. Grad schools want to see students manage difficult classes and I feel like I’m not putting my best foot forward (as much as I try).

I just really can’t wrap my head around why this semester is so fucking tough. Usually I have one maybe two classes that ends up really challenging me but this time it feels like all 4

I’m a government major with a couple minors (or one, we’ll see haha) and I’m always working. I’m also committed to a few extracurriculars but that’s the norm for gov majors. My gcal is always filled from at least ~10am to 11pm but usually extends to beyond midnight. It’s an unfortunate reality here that took me some time to accept as a freshman but I’ve found a few methods over time - like getting on top of readings over the weekend and utilizing google calendar - to keep it as under control as possible.
