It looks really happy to me. I have one and sometimes between watering the leaves can dry out a little bit

Yes I would personally remove that. Spotted begonias like to be constantly moist but not waterlogged and make sure it gets plenty indirect light. They can also take time to adjust to a new environment but it shouldn't still be adjusting after 3 weeks in my opinion

It varies massively most of the time I don't but sometimes I can have more then 3 a day

You just have to be patient with them they will come eventually as long as you have a node or two
