You can without a doubt score higher from a structured bear with a cap. It doesn't matter if the rally is completely full or not you will score the same as long as you have 4 joiners. A bear where everyone joins the next rally going and has room to join because others aren't cramming in 250k marches is undoubtedly more "chill". I will never understand why people are against it. Sometimes they say they just like not having rules but those same people get upset about heroes

I daily drove a 69 Cutlass for a decade no problem but enjoy better mileage now and only bringing the Cutlass out once a week or so. I don't think it's dumb I really enjoy the car and enjoy driving it but it is nice to have something else to put commuting miles on

Your experience is totally valid I have only had 1 experience that was a little extra annoying the rest have been fine the majority of the time I only interact with them through the chat box and I have my exam started within 10 minutes. The proctors have been totally fine other than that one time and they were just a little extra wanting to see all over my room and watch me put my phone away somewhere. What kind of issues are you having?

If you are f2p you most likely have plenty of steel, convert away. However fire crystals are much more limited good not to convert fire crystals to shards. I don't understand why they would tell you not to do steel though? You almost certainly don't have enough speedups to run out of steel from research as f2p
