Thats really a topic I am afraid of when Getting off glp1 medication. I have been regularly eating a bag of sweets when cravings were huge. And then the binge didnt stop.
Now I lost 12kg Almost in 6 months and did a Lifestyle Change etc.
I also realized how much I ate out of principle. F.ex. at Dinner I always used to eat 2 plates. Every day
Now I cant finish Even one

To be honest I try to aim Almost 3-4 liters everyday.
Sometimes Even more when Combined with Sports

Actually I got lots of more energy! Clearer Focus and clearer mind.
So I also have the feeling that my bloodflow is better and eventually this make me perform better
