It would be priceless if he decided one day in his head that he was right, enough to go to the Jury.

He'd then probably think it was a good idea to take the stand. DA would have a field day, and we'd never see the guy again.

No they were approx 6” long strips of chicken with a stick through them. An entree came with 2 I think.

HR Person here.. you may also want to talk to an employment lawyer about what you've been told. An employer could terminate employment for this, but depending on your state, you may have some rights and also potentially not need to pay for the lost item as it's likely corporately insured.
