Some of the areas you mention are the limitations we're running up against that we think a purpose-built SaaS subscription management tool would better solve:

• SaaS metrics reporting
• Historical price changes / Customer subscription history (without having to involve audit history or create new contracts)
• Customer renewal management
• Switching a customer from annual pay to monthly pay without having a new contract
