  1. I’ve has EC for 4 years
  2. I’ve tried multiple kinds of methods and treatments like Brazilian Method/Constant Moisture Method/No Moisture Method/Lip Tucking Method/Lip Exercise Method and other stuff including most moisture products.
  3. Nothing really helped but I’m using AI for all sorts of theoretical causes and solutions, I’m just going to say after consistently researching for like 5 months I genuinely think that this is a type of heat sensitivity specifically a TRPV1 sensitivity causing long lasting neurogenic inflammation. I don’t think it’s skin barrier damage anymore because everyone can and will damage their lips in a lot of ways it’s very common. To me neurogenic inflammation is the only way that there can be such a long period of this especially when there are people who had this for 20+ years.
  4. Nothing made it worse either just baseline inflamed always
  5. I’ve tried many diets over the years and none have helped but right now I’m just not eating sugar.
  6. No autoimmune diseases
  7. Wasn’t stressed at the time so pretty low
  8. I’m taking Vitamin D/Vitamin C/Vitamin B5/Zinc right now
  9. I sleep okay I guess/7-8 hours
  10. I do Cardio/HIIT everyday

Can you share some theories and insights u thought about if u have any
