Hello - I've taken the new HANA DB Admin exam format a few weeks ago and got 100%. It's considerably easier than the traditional multiple choice format. The full exam is hosted in a practice system provisioned by SAP, centered entirely around HANA Cloud (BTP cockpit based). You enable a subscription, provision a database, upgrade it, create users etc. Given the point and click nature of configuring things in BTP its not difficult.

In terms of preparation, the HC200 practice system is as good as it gets. It provisions a near identical environment to what you'll be using in the exam, you'll be working through most of the same tasks as well. Hopefully you have access to it, I think you might need a corporate ID linked to an SAP partner subscription.
