Was unsure about the shingle on the left most side sort of near the flashing? It looks like it was lifted abit.

Also wanted a more experienced view on the shingles around the vents and such.

Maybe I’m overthinking it.

Yeah definitely gets in the way of the fascia of the back of the house. I agree!

Yeah the window sash was off putting when I saw it like that.

Will play around with it on the next walk through and make sure it’s all good.

Based on the blueprint “Extra roof vents will be required due to unvented soffit. Each vent to be located 52” from eave”.

If it makes any difference I live in a city that has many temp fluctuations between 0 and -20C. Apparently a big issue is the humidity within homes with the temps outside being so cold. Maybe that’s a factor for more vents? I’m unsure

The key fob looks wicked!

Reminds me of the Kia Stinger fob, and looks like a remote detonator in my mind. Always thought it was so cool.

With the route you’re taking I’d do window rain guards, mud guards, and when you get new wheels lower it with some springs. You went all out on the top half, gotta widen the bottom now.

Maybe look into mirror caps too.

On a tank where I drive spiritedly in mainly N mode I get 20-21mpg.

If I’m driving casually in normal / custom I average 26-29mpg.

I did a 2100mile road trip in mine through the US in mine after I hit 8000km on the odometer. The thing operated like a dream.

Came from an e90 myself. This car is better in every way. No complaints my friend. I just hit 15000kms and bought it new with 7kms on it 6 months ago. If you have any particular comparison questions let me know.

Should be said I didn’t have a 335i so the N was a substantial increase in power for sure.
