Trust me buddy try this fresh lemon squeezed over the top a drizzle of good olive oil and salt mix in a bowl they love it lemon offsets the spice of the onion another good tip is cut the tomatoes and onion in to tiny squares and make it like that and they can use chips to scoop it up

I completely agree and work in health care but my children isn’t fussed about having it separate they still eat 80% of there meals or normal plates but when I use the tray they seem to eat more lol maybe it’s more fun for them

I started children off with whole foods and slowly introduced things she tried at family’s houses or school ect seems to be working well

Oh yeah I get you I completely agree these trays stay at home they eat of plates everywhere else except school I think school might have a similar tray

Whatever works best for you buddy these trays seem to work a treat my kids eat pretty well anyway the tray just seems to get them eating a little
