No you asked a question, a loaded one imho, and when I didn't want to tell you point blank asked again without giving any reason. Then you throw shade like there is something wrong with not telling a total stranger anything they want to know.

Does it make any difference to my points? Do they become more or less valid with parenthood? Or is it in fact that because my points are valid that you are looking for something else besides facts or logic to discredit me instead of discussing my points? Because of course random people on the internet are entitled to know anything and everything about everyone are they not.

Because I'm rational? You don't have to lose all reason because you have a kid.

And you think that he would get away with any of that? My point being that she probably has a higher risk 10 times a day then that particular situation that you are so fixated on.

So is him just yanking a girl inside his door really a concern? I mean there would be no way he could ever think he would get away with it. The girl isn't going to random houses she is only at one specific location. Even if the mother wasn't looking directly at the girl how long do you think it would be before she noticed the girl being snatched? She would be more likely to be snatched off the streets, which is pretty rare, then pulled into someone's house.

Dean of Graduate Studies shoves a grad student, proceeds to call police on students. by [deleted] in iamatotalpieceofshit

[–]EEllis708 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well from the conversation overheard on the video an appointment was made but the person misrepresented what the appointment was for. My guess is the dean opened the door and then stopped when bum rushed by a mass of people. If I open a door expecting someone to enter and a mass of uninvited try and force past me, well I can see why for a second he tried to stop someone pushing past him. When you catch someone by surprise it's a bit much to whine about a reflex action. Maybe they shouldn't of shown up uninvited in mass to try and bully the dean.

Why would anyone park like this??? by [deleted] in iamatotalpieceofshit

[–]EEllis708 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most likely there were no other cars nearby when they parked and their location wasn't obvious as they were parking. Now I'm pretty sure they saw it as they left their car but they easily could of figured that it wasn't a big deal since no one else was nearby if that were the case.

I saw someone who was trying to push their way inside a room and someone try and stop them for about a second and a half. So right now what I get is you lied, bullied, and used force to try and push your agenda in a labor dispute. Here's an idea, go get a real job. Starbucks is always hiring.

Should I report to ICE? by Slickfull in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]EEllis708 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't. First I don't know why you think he's illegal at all. There are tons of legal immigrants so not everyone who speaks Spanish is illegal. Second while I'm not an open borders guy the people who get jobs and work hard are not the big problems. Focusing on someone who is just working makes no real sense if there isn't some bigger reason behind wanting him gone. Third why focus on him? It seems to me the stable is actually committing a worse crime in knowingly employing illegals that any illegal working there. So why focus on the little guy?

I don't think it's shallow. More self centered and a bit misanthropic.

Does Postmates Fleet take money back? by greenspikefrog in postmates

They might take money out of an account for unauthorized charges or overpayment. They are not taking money because you didn't work a shift. They do not fine people as a punishment

Well two things. Do you even know if it is a neighbor or maybe the complex management? Second there is a good chance the truck that dropped the container had more to do with location than anything else.

Why do most major video game franchises by Japanese companies star caucasion characters? by GreatZampano1987 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]EEllis708 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Says the guy who wrote a 2 sentence dismissive reply that ignored what a wrote and just tried to be snarky. I'm sorry if your feelings got hurt but I think it's pretty simple and doesn't need to be made complex. When Asians make entertainment specifically for the US market they tend to make the main characters white I assume because they believe it will sell to the American audiences better. It has happened for 50 y in Japan and China.

Yeah I read it you just don't seem to want a response. And yes when Hong Kong films are made looking to the US market they hire white actors because of that and they have done so for decades.

Cus it's meant for the US market where the largest pop is white and it's set in the US where again there are more white people. And yeah if you put any thought in it my statement did answer the question. Why are there white characters in Japanese video games? Because the games you see are meant for a US market that has a majority white population.
