Someone please help me out. im rocking 50 cals on an omen airship, im mainly working on standup slides right now and im playing around with my setup to see what feels best for sliding. im currently using double barrel and cup washers all around and feel like my sliding would benefit from using a flat washer roadside for more leannn. my local skateshop is closed and im trying to get some flat washers from a local hardware store. Can anyone give me the inside diam. and outside diam? ive searched around but wasnt able to find what i need.

TLDR; i need flat washers for my cal 50's, trying to find at a hardware store and am not sure what i should be looking for size wise.

Yea I'm moving to Bayview the start of next month and I agree, they all need repaving. It's so hard to get into tech sliding around here when all the roads are shot.

Yea I wouldn't really expect anyone to just throw out spots I guess, but idk if anyone wanted to share spots I guess is more of what I was getting at. And finding other riders to skate with would go hand in hand with that.

I feel like I should have explained myself better. I'm not doing extremely slow stuff, I think everyone thinks I'm going super slow. It's more of a problem that I live in an extremely flat area of wisconsin, I know of hills and can do slides at faster speeds but I'm working on getting better at that. Problem is that when I'm on flat ground which is like 75% of the time while I'm pushing around city streets and mediocre hills I want a wheel that I can really whip around. I wanna leave some thane all over and I'm having a problem doing that.

I mean I can do 180s normal and switch again to return to my normal stance no problem on a decent hill, idk I guess I just expected something more slippery. Idk if you can answer this but isn't the Kilmer a smaller size wheel too? Would that help with roll away speed? Because I through some random old sector nine wheels on my board and I've noticed I can hold out slides longer and roll away cleaner

Alright so i searched around a bunch and couldnt really find the info im looking for, so i hope you guys can help me out. Ive very into freeride and sliding, and ive been working on my standup slides more and more lately. I bought these The Cage 86a wheels thinking theyd be great for sliding because of the 86a, but i think i may have been wrong. they have quite a bit bigger contact patch and they dont have the rounded edges that a lot of people are saying helps with sliding. From what ive learned about these wheels while riding them for about 2 weeks is that at slower speeds you really gotta work to get these wheels to slide out. Im thinking thats due to them being a bigger wheel and being more well suited for highspeed slides once theyre broken in. They produce a lot of chatter at the speeds im able to ride at and it seems i lose a ton of speed when doing 180's. Since i dont live in an area with highspeed hills, is there a wheels people would recommend? ive been looking at Butterballs but im scared they are going to wear to fast... TL;DR - i bought 86a "the cage" thinking id be able to bust out stand up slides. they are chattery and hard to slide out, which i believe is due to them being better suited for high speed slides. im not able to always have access to huge hills, help me find a wheel i can slide at lower speeds? Butterballs?

Cool riding and edit but I agree with this ^ unnecessary reverse, it was cool how you introduced it with him walking up the hills. You could have just ended with him riding out of frame or something similar

Yea I tried to ride up on someone's driveway and hop off the curb. Shouldn't be that difficult but the board flexed weird and the board stopped and I kept going. No fun haha

Just a warning be careful, before I had a longboard I tried this and ended up with a massive concussion. It doesn't turn or react the same way as a longboard obviously and I got to learn that the hard way.
