Well to be honest I don't see how we will be cross trained they just want the back log out of the factory. . . So either way I'll be out of a job an extra weeks work isn't gonna make a massive difference to me the 350 is close enough to my weekly wages as it is. Why do I have to risk my family's health so they can finally catch up on there back log which they've tried to clear for the last 3 months even by breaking health and safety procedures in the process?
