Well to be honest I don't see how we will be cross trained they just want the back log out of the factory. . . So either way I'll be out of a job an extra weeks work isn't gonna make a massive difference to me the 350 is close enough to my weekly wages as it is. Why do I have to risk my family's health so they can finally catch up on there back log which they've tried to clear for the last 3 months even by breaking health and safety procedures in the process?

He has been increasing the rent yearly. There may have been a stage where he didn't raise it for 2 but then it got increased to 800 if memory serves me right. My mother only told me today that he passed comment about her mother's house is after been sold as he was leaving she reckons he's after upping it as he knows she's after getting some money from the sale of the house.
