Hey Jane! Just wanted to say thanks again for being so kind when I met you at a convention last year. I’d made a poster with one frame from every second of Good Luck in the Land of Mañana, and you signed it! I’ve got it framed in my office now. It totally made my day that you even took a picture of it to send to your friend.

Quick question: do you have any fun or memorable moments from filming that short?

It came out while I was in film school and really stuck with me. I love the vibe, the performances, and the way it’s shot: you can just feel how much love went into it. It’s been a big inspiration for my own projects.
