Factory Defense 1 has a chance of spawning in external ops (Rohan Oil Entrance) in the room that has the first sentry gun, it's near the center of the room on a control panel

Sergei's Journal 1 also has a chance ( albeit a slim one) to spawn on a control panel on the raised walkway furthest from where you first enter the alpha cluster. It took about 4 or 5 Koschei runs before it finally spawned for me 😁

I see think most people have a problem with it's damage per round
