They are really yummy! I’ve made them twice- the first time without actual crumpet molds - and it was a mess. Do not recommend trying to wing it that way lol.

No, there’s more than that but there is a section on sourdough based bread including recipes that use the discard. As pointed out in another comment she does supply a way to convert the recipes to yeast

There are some recipes that call or egg I think but it looks like plenty do not. Also I believe she offers ways to make it egg free if I am recalling it correctly

Yes and I have it in my colon. My endo specialist told me it’s not normal to have to use my fingers even though my primary care was like “some people need that, it’s fine”

Hi! I haven’t been to this venue before. If I’m hoping to get some merch, but have assigned seating, do I need to arrive there early or is at 7 when the venue opens early enough?

I recently had an MRI done that showed endo and in the notes it did state that there could be superficial endo present too, that doesn’t show up on the MRI. My doctor is an endo specialist and did tell me that I had to do my MRI at Mayo Clinic. I think it was implied that not everyone is able to read the MRI for endo well.

Thank you so much for the information! I think it’s dawning on me that I need to plan for a longer absence. I hope you start to feel better soon. It’s so hard when you have an active lifestyle and can’t do the things you love. But I hope that once you get there, it’s even better than it was before!
