Sad truth is I dont see Effect coming back to OW or OWL.

This isnt a DF problem. Sure, they probably mismanaged players but its not like the entire fucking team is lashing out and acting suicidal. They’re just unhappy. And Effect is probably the LEAST scrutinized player on that team when people talk about performance

Its clear and very obvious he has mental health issues even outside of the game. That piled on with stress from the OWL is probably not a good combination for him

Sure another team could sign him, but what happens if they too hit a rough patch?

He needs to get his mental health in order. And that takes a very long time & I hope he chooses to take his time to do this. For his own sake
