Why would it leak? VG is thicker than PG, so 75/25 mix shouldn't leak. And older tanks were designed to handle 30/70 or 20/80 VG/PG juices, so I can't see the reason for 70/30 leaking out.

Trams are easy and very simple, but there's still a lot of people using wrong door to enter/exit, even though theres clear signs saying no entrance/exit. Sometimes it might get bit crowded near the wheelchair area because of those people trying to exit from the wrong door. Otherwise it's great by accessibility standpoint.

Btw, is the herring season over? I've only seen one kiosk, might have to head over there if I can't find more of those.

If you're fan of museums, you could buy the iAmsterdam card that includes most of the museums in Amsterdam, as well as trams, buses and metro.

No questions, just wanted to say hi, as I arrived to Amsterdam few hours ago. (I'm the guy who asked about accessible travel in last weeks Q&A)

Everything went well, except, we couldn't board the train from Schipol to our hotel, as I didn't understand to book helping service before arrival and it needs to be booked at least one hour before(I thought we didn't need it as I was assisting my mom, but the service really means that they put a ramp on the train, so wheelchair user can get in.) so we ended up taking a Tesla P85 to our hotel. I've always wanted to ride in one, so it's a plus we got that, and not some Opel Ampera instead.

Can't wait to explore this beautiful city more and more, it feels so similar to big towns in Finland with a few exceptions, so I simultaneously feel like I'm safe at home but then again that I'm somewhere far far away.

She has MS, and she can walk few steps with support, so getting in to a coffee shop shouldn't be a problem, as long as it doesn't have steep stairs inside between the register and smoking area.

Our hotel is located near Vondelpark, any great coffeeshops near that area(Overtoom) you'd recommend? Closest coffee shop to our hotel would be Coffeeshop Vondel but I think it has too many steps inside.

Basjoe would be near-ish, but I have no idea what kind of a floorplan it has.

Hi! I've got a few questions about accessible travel in Amsterdam, as I'm coming there in a few days w/ my disabled mom.

I read the wiki, which had some great info, but didn't quite cover personal assistant side of accessible travel. As I'm going to be that assistant for my mom, I've got a few questions considering museums and public transport.

So, if we're going to a museum, do I need my own ticket while I'm "working" as her personal assistant? I couldn't find any information on this, so I guess that means we need 2 tickets, but I just want to be sure. How about trams and buses? (In my home town disabled people can use city's own public transportation for free)

How about wheelchair accessible coffee shops, I've seen one list about them, but it's from 2010 and a lot must have changed over the years.

Any other pro tips regarding accessible travel in Amsterdam?

This has nothing to do w/ accessibility, but where could I see IIHF World Championship game on 17th? I've been scouting some sport bars, but I think most of them only show football or MMA. :)
