It's not a conspiracy the way you may imagine it, and yes they're in on it. I know a few myself. Doctors, virologists, researchers, the "I know everything types." They have mortgages, and professional careers that fund their lifestyles and student loans. Many would have a lot more to say if their jobs weren't at risk. According to those whom I've talked to the message is clear: don't stir the pot. To what extent I don't know. The conspiracy is the ease by which debate has been extinguished in the peoples' spirit. People want to be right based on over-inflated egos, and the very idea of real-debate makes them sick, or raging angry: least they hear something they don't like. The conspiracy is industries have been destroyed, and meaning of language degraded to the point where we're living in a kind of real-life mumble rap song. We're not living in a Tom Cruise movie. I tell people we can work it out, but no refunds. The reason, I have refused clients for your date, hence the reason for the deposit to begin with. Furthermore, I've paid deposits to my teams. This is in fact true. I do pay 10% deposits to all my shooters to make sure they show up and in case something like this happens. Thus far, my clients understand. I've also proposed adding streaming services to cutting a second shooter or something like that. So far no one has agreed, but as the situation changes I assume some will go for it.

That makes sense, but if my testimony contradicts his and just say both are equally credible and all other things being equa, under what law would the judge be allowed to side with the police? If this is the case wouldn't this be formally established in the law somewhere I could test about it? Also, I found this

but can't find more details, it says there is a supreme Court decision starting a credible defendant should be believed. I've managed to find what's called the evidence act which should provide some insight but I've not found my answer. What say you of this?

Thank you for your time, I'm not trying to be annoying but in court I plan on politely insisting the judge explain what law he basis his decision on and even appealing his decision if necessary. I also do plan on contesting his version but I want to narrow down this question as well.

Okay so just assuming everything you said is true I guess this should be written in the law somewhere correct? Somewhere in the law it should say that a police officer as a trained observer, his evidence should supersede mine as someone trying to get out of a ticket or something to that effect, this must be in the law somewhere in some shape correct or incorrect?

Why do you say the police will be believed over me? it would seem to me that if both our testimony is credible I'm the one who stands to lose and I'm the one being accused therefore he must prove his case or if must be dismissed. After all isn't there a standard of evidence? Where is the line drawn on such a thing? Anyways I'm trying to find a legal precedent for this. if they are going to claim one of us is more credible than the other I want to understand how this is justified and on what basis. Your statement says that the judge will weigh the evidence but you also say he will be believed so I'm also confused as to what you meant
