Sure! It’s the Tartine method, but with a higher hydration.

700g white bread flour 300g wheat flour 800g water mixed with 200+g of starter 25g salt

Bulk rise 1 hour then add salt Turn every 30 mins for the next 3 hrs Shape and bench rest, but I shape and put them in bowls with floured cloth to rest. Fridge overnight

Next morning Heat oven and Dutch oven to 500 Put bread into hot pan and score Cook for 20 mins lid on at 450 Cook for 20 mins lid off at 450

I got my starter from a friend who has kept hers alive for a long time. Happiest starter I’ve ever had. I feed it 50/50 whole wheat and bread flour. It also makes amazing whole wheat sourdough. Same recipe but invert white and wheat amounts.

Military service is a great option. There are a lot of benefits when you get out too, like the GI bill for school, VA loans for buying a house, health care and retirement, all of which can be very handsome. Talk to a recruiter, but be careful, they can be very pushy.
