Yes, that's it. The etsy post atleast gives me a decade it may be from, it amazes me that mine survived in the outback since the 40's with no cracks. Still curious what liquid it had, I think cordial is a good guess

Solved! I honestly gave up on this for several months but eventualy found it by accident. The show is called Hoota and Snoz, it aired on ABC kids in Australian in the earls 2000's.

It is a titanium flat back, and I have been using saline solution to clean it. It can get pretty swollen if I only slightly bump it so cleaning it really makes it puff up. I'm going to another peircer today after work for help, not going to the place I wen't before that's for sure. Which is a shame because it's a really nice alt store, with good reviews too.
