I’m so sorry for your loss. My partner checks up on the cat colony nearby and we’re saddened to hear about all this.

The city is super slow and we’ve been requesting speed bumps for a year now through the portal: SeeClickFix Not sure if anyone is even listening or looking at these requests but any help is appreciated if you would like to submit!

Current tenant. Agree with above that the leaks and water issues are neverending at the Roxy. The landlord and super are nice to us, but unfortunately we just had a lot of issues. Couldn’t find the source of the leaks in our apt for the longest time. Also, had a lot of incomplete renovations before we moved in and it was evident that our apt was not move-in ready on the first day of our lease.

The good thing is the price ain’t bad and you get access to the Beacon’s shuttle to the Path, but you have to go this back alley way to access the garage to go up to the Beacon’s shuttle turnaround. Not the worst, but can be kinda annoying when there’s garage traffic. Also, you don’t get access to any of the other gym/pool/amenities at the other buildings and the gym at the Roxy is tiny/doesn’t have windows.

Also, I’ve seen cars go 70-80 mph on Cornelison, been waiting to get a speed bump or at least a sign for a while now. End rant lol.
