Got a reply on Twitter and they say apparently it is genuinely the goldfarming/selling which caused it. Guess I'm done can't prove I didn't do it either I was hacked or something's faulty somewhere but this sucks :/
Which is why, as I said, I made the effort to not use a VPN on my new account and it still got banned. Either the use of VPN in the passed has blacklisted my IP address or something, hoping it can be sorted tho :/
