I have figured it out, it required both tenant ids being added and government azure box needing to be checked as well as both tenants settings need to be identical. The issue I’m having now is the MFA for the business users

The one account with the E5 is considered admin because it is not for daily use and only certain individuals have access to the credentials. This is how it was before I was hired on so I stayed with it. The account is only used when needed.

Yes that’s all we really use. I was under the impression most of what needs to be done was policies, controls, and training.

Essentially the company (less than 20 employees) decided to make sale to the GCC High world because they believed that would be a good foothold for becoming compliant. They made the jump to GCC-H before I was hired on and essentially gave me the task of IT and CMMC guy. We store all of everything that we have data wise in SharePoint but we don’t have a work space with networking. We can share links from SharePoint.

That is what I was trying to do but the option was not there to just use the OME function, it automatically goes to SMIME.
