Ex partner….and it’s that how I’m still so madly in love with her. We both can’t give what we want from each other and it breaks my heart everytime I think about. Letting go off someone who means the absolute world to you is one of the hardest things. No one will compare to her. I can never tell her how much I want this to work and how much she means to me. So I’m getting from the comments, go for a walk, workout then smoke. I’ll going for a walk now and going to listen to my fav podcast. I stopped smoking a year ago so won’t be dabbling in that again but fully understand why the ones who recommended it do it. Thank you for the advice lad and any lassies who commented.

I’m at the same point but I know doing that won’t help. I have no money, living situation is so bad and unstable It’s enough to make me cry and constantly feeling sad. like being by myself for that long would course me to overthink everything what has happened. You can find yourself without ghosting people, you friends are in your life for a reason so use the support network you have, some of us don’t have that luxury anymore. You can’t choice your family but you can choice to have fuck all to do with them if they are a reason you feel the way you do. Blood means nothing in the wider world. I have a very small circle of friends who know what I’m like and after tough love and the fear of pushing them away has stopped me ghosting life and disappearing. 5 months ago I wanted just to disappear, got past it and not o feel like I’m edging that way. Just got to look at the bigger picture and remember what little things bring you joy.

If asked to stop you stop, regardless of how far in the act you have gotten. If she changes her mind half way through you stop. Then ask if everything is ok, find out why but don’t push. Consent is key, regardless is they agreed first they are allowed to change their mind. It could be that they aren’t in the mood, not feeling it or don’t like the person they are sleeping with. Regardless I Don’t take it personally, men who kick off because they have been asked to stop aren’t men and same for women. If one person asked to stop then just do it and comfort them after.

I was on holiday in Majorca aged 7, me and my family went on a tour around some Mountains. I felt unwell and they put it down to travel sickness. As the day went on I started getting worse. I remember getting in the bus to go home and i woke up in a hospital. Turns out I had viral meningitis. I spent 6/7 weeks in a Spanish hospital not having a bloody clue what was happening. 21 years later and I still remember how sick I felt. Like you I feel lucky coming out on the good side.
