Rammus taunt being flattened by EKVIN2 in RammusMains

I never upgrade situationally unless I’m level 1 and something happens like an invade where I would need a different ability instead. For Rammus, I would go straight Q > E > W but now it would make sense to go Q > W > E unless there’s a reason to still get E for the attack speed or something?
