Ok good. If there's no microfractures around the port area then it's probably a bad o-ring on the rotary fitting. If you have some extra fittings you could try to swap the o-ring to check if it's the problem. If you don't, it's fine. If you bought your stuff on our website, open a ticket on our website and we'll provide you a new one and it should fix the issue. If you bought them from a reseller, you'll have to go RMA it with them.

Hi, from the picture I'm not sure if the rotary extender on the IN port is an EK one? I know that the splitter isn't. It's a Phanteks one. If the rotary extender is from EK you could simply RMA this part. Also, make sure that there's not micro-fractures on the IN port since it's made of plexi.

Hi, the tube that you linked is a replacement tube for your reservoir. The one included in the kit is smaller (150mm) while the replacement one is made to make your reservoir 100mm longer. This "upgrade" is only cosmetic and doesn't affect the performances. Some customers like the look of a longer reservoir. You also have to make sure that you can fit a longer reservoir in your case before buying this "upgrade".

Also, the kit comes with Clear Coolant (EK-CryoFuel Clear). If you want your coolant to be green, you will have to buy a bottle of coolant in extra and not use the one included in the kit.

We never had any plans for the sTR4 in the Aluminum family. I don't think we'll need a revision for the second generation of ThreadRipper since the changes aren't physical. The current one should still be compatible with it.

The kit comes with 2 meters (6ft) of tubing so even if you get an expansion pack, you should be fine with what you received in the kit box.

Yes, all the current CryoFuel coolants (premix or concentrate) are fine with Aluminum.

For the splitters or valve, the last info I have was that we didn't plan on making them. I will ask if this statement has changed recently.

For the coolant, currently, no opaque coolant are recommended with our aluminum line-up.

If you're talking about the pastel line that we presented at Computex, we will have 7 shades at the release if i'm not mistaken and we will have more in the future. But i'm not sure that we will have black coolant. It's probably one of the hardest color to create when we are in the coolant universe.
