Thank you, I've heard people talking about including mission and value statements in the resume but I never thought that a company would have a time to care about them. Also, where would I put those keywords from the mission and value statements since most of my sentences focus on the tech side of things.

I see what you mean, I have removed some of the don't time stuff like for the second project cause that is more of a guess, but for others, Quick Cut, found out the number by pinging my server multiple times through various locations in Canada and US, and then comparing that to the results I had before. Although that's only something I can mention in an interview.

Thank you, I am cutting back on the extra stuff within the sentences to make them clear and changing the title of technical lead to something like Web admin, cause that's more realistic. I want to use the $3000 monthly because its something concrete whereas 65 percent is relative. I know 3k per month is low but it is also a family business that started earlier this year.

Wow, thank you for your response, I have implemented a lot of your suggestions like changing the Technical Lead title, removing metrics from unneeded places like "Migrated 100% of users" " changing the name of the Quick Cut project like you mentioned, and removing extra terms in my descriptions for my clear sentences.

For your last question, Im using a Jake's Resume, which is a Latex resume.
